Recreational classes are for gymnasts who have some basic skills in gymnastics and who may have no prior involvement in gymnastics. Helped by a number of coaches they will get to improve their skills in and on the various gymnastics  equipment.  They also have the option of competing in the “Team Gym” competitions through out the year, as well as working towards our end of  year display for the club.
